# OziShare > A neighbourhood platform where people borrow and lend the everyday items they already own — > tools, camping gear, garden equipment, party supplies — from friends and neighbours nearby. > Available in Australia on iOS, Android and the web. OziShare turns informal neighbourly lending into a tracked, accountable process. Every loan is a "loop": request, hand-over, in use, return, then a mutual rating. Profiles carry a verified phone number, lending history and ratings from both sides of past loans. Exact addresses are never shown to people you have not connected with. ## Key facts - Operator: Codebracket, Australia. - Available in Australia only, on iOS, Android and the web. - Free to use: listing items, borrowing, lending, messaging, tracking loans and rating each other all cost nothing. - There is no subscription. The optional OziShare Plus tier has been retired and is no longer sold. - No money changes hands between members today. Borrowing is free and there are no deposits, fees or commissions. - Every loan is tracked from request through to return, with a due date and reminders. - Every listing is reviewed — automatically, and by a human where the automated check is uncertain — before it becomes visible. - Members verify a phone number; email verification is also available. Both are shown on the profile. - A member’s address is never sent to anyone but themselves — not to friends either. Everyone else sees a suburb and no coordinate at all. The only exception is an explicit, mutual address exchange between the two people in a confirmed borrow, so an item can actually be collected. - Item categories: power tools, hand tools, garden and outdoor, plumbing, electrical, automotive, cleaning, home and moving, camping and travel, sports and recreation, games, party and events, kitchen and appliances, kids and baby, technology, books and learning, arts and crafts, and other. ## Core pages - [/](https://ozishare.com.au): Browse items available to borrow from neighbours nearby.
